A preventative program is scheduled service on a set interval — monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. It's cheaper than emergency calls, and it means you stop thinking about pests entirely.
We come out on a set interval, treat the exterior, check the interior if you want us to, and note anything developing. Between visits, if something comes up, we come back at no charge. Most Santa Clarita homes do best on bi-monthly.
Free re-treatment. If pests we treated for return within 30 days, we come back and handle it. No arguing, no upsell. That's the point of a program — you're paying for the outcome, not for individual visits.
